Shipping of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped in parcel post or FedEx delivered against signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and insurance. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
Mouthpiece test
/!\ Use a teeth protector.
Play with the semi-rigid ligature (metal ligature wires could scratch).
Clean carefully after each test.
No abrasive product, Q-tip + alcohol vinegar is suitable.
Return
For hygiene reasons, all Brancher mouthpieces are subject to a specific right of withdrawal : if it has been played, the mouthpiece must be free of all traces of use to enter the framework of a withdrawal (within 14 days) and claim to be refunded or exchanged.
For restocking and return
Put the mouthpiece in the plastic bag before the ligature.
Do not over tighten (rails could scratch the table).
Send registered or with tracking.
